High Production Capacity

The Baader 189 achieves a capacity of 24–34 fish per minute with only one operator. Stepless speed adjustment allows the production rate to be adapted to the current processing requirements of the plant.

The machine is designed to process fish with a length from 40 to 85 cm and a weight from 0.6 to 4.5 kg (headed and gutted fish with head on).
