Product description

This is the larger version of the Target Batcher. The Target Batcher is a semi-automatic batching machine for producing batches of either fixed weight or fixed weight and count. The Target Batcher is compact, highly accurate, fast, and economical. It is very suitable for producing a wide range of batch sizes and can be used for a wide range of products. For example, the Target Batcher has been used successfully to create batches for consumer packages and batches as large as 6 kg. The Target Batcher also supports a Split-Pack feature, which combines 2 or 3 types of products into a single fixed-weight batch in a predetermined way. Product examples:

Fish: whole fish, fillets, steaks, and pieces. Frozen, fresh, smoked, breaded and individually vacuum packed.
Poultry: all bone-in parts and fillets. Fresh and frozen.
Meat, Pork & Lamb: various cuts.

Note: The size of the weighing bins and holding bins is a limiting factor regarding product size. Therefore, this model, the larger Target Batcher (TBL-3000) is more suitable for larger products.
